Project manager

We’re looking for someone to join us as a Project Manager, so you can grow with us and help coordinate our growing development team, in a company with a tech DNA and product-driven mindset.

What is a typical day like at Inteligencia Farmacéutica as a Project Manager?

• You will plan and lead the execution of technology projects for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring objectives are met on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• You will understand client processes, identify critical points, and propose technology solutions aligned with their operations and strategy.
• You will be the link between the client and technical/product teams, ensuring smooth and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• You will monitor project progress, analyze KPIs, and adjust action plans based on results and shifting priorities.
• You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, and anticipate or resolve operational blockers.
• You will ensure compliance with applicable regulations in the pharmaceutical environment, guaranteeing quality and traceability standards.

Our Project Manager will need... (REQUIREMENTS)

• University degree in Engineering, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience managing technology projects in the pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
• Experience in functional or technical consulting, with the ability to translate business needs into viable solutions.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Advanced communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Self-management capabilities in remote and distributed environments.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

• Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions in uncertain contexts.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments.
• Experience with management tools such as Monday, Trello, ClickUp, or similar.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical ecosystem, regulations, or business processes (a plus).
