We are looking for you to join as a Tech Lead, so that you can grow with us and help us coordinate the entire development team, which will be growing.

What is a day like working at inteligencia farmacéutica as a tech lead?

• Manage a team of developers, designing and developing web solutions for the projects you participate in, guiding and motivating your team (even profiles better than you) ensuring they give their best and stay happy with us.
• Design the system architecture of project solutions.
• Design the product architecture and development sprints.
• Ensure things happen within agreed timelines, with the desired quality, and within the set costs at the product level. Because you know how to estimate tasks and coordinate teams.
• Interact with clients to refine requirements when necessary and with company management to report the performance of your team.
• Also interact with other departments such as sales or support, because our products are not born in isolated silos, they count on the vision of all our experts.

Our tech lead will need... (requirements)

• Proven experience in planning, managing, and controlling software development projects using agile methodologies.
• Experience in applying good practices in software development: (Clean Code, SOLID, DRY, design patterns, TDD, etc.).
• Understand business, not just code.
• Demonstrable experience in developing projects in web and MVC environments.
• Ability to structure and develop a software project autonomously.
• Design the software and system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Perform code reviews and ensure that best development practices are followed.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PHP 7.x/8.x application development with advanced frameworks (Symfony, Laravel, etc.).
• Experience using version control systems (Git).
• Experience in developing Single Page Applications with recent technologies: Vue, Angular, ReactJS.
• Experience with MySQL/MariaDB or other relational engines.
• Experience in designing and developing REST APIs (Swagger / OpenAPI, Api-Platform, etc.).
• Experience in BI projects.
• More than basic knowledge in:
• Linux server administration (Terraform).
• Cloud environments: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Key/value databases like Redis.
• Domain-driven-design (DDD).
• Message queue systems like SQS or RabbitMQ.

You were born to be at inteligencia farmacéutica if you also:

• Have tinkered with devops, sysadmin, scaling.
• Like using software design patterns.
• Cannot help but investigate and propose new technologies and tools that can improve processes and products.
• Feel comfortable proposing continuous improvement processes to optimize team performance and software quality.
• Have experience in the pharmaceutical distribution sector.
• You are nice and understand that excellent work is not possible without a team beside you. If not, we recommend the book "How to Win Friends and Influence People".
• Yes! You speak English.
