TECH LEAD

We’re looking for someone to join us as a Tech Lead — to grow with us and help coordinate our growing development team at a company with a technical DNA and product-oriented mindset.

What does a typical day as a Tech Lead at Inteligencia Farmacéutica look like?

• You will lead the design and evolution of architectures in .NET environments.
• You will support the development team: mentoring, code review, task organization.
• You will coordinate integrations with external systems (BI, ERP, etc.).
• You will take part in the technical definition of new modules and services.
• You will oversee deployments and on-premise environments for clients.
• You will promote best practices in security, performance, and scalability.
• You will explore and integrate intelligent agents, AI, or advanced analytical processes when it makes strategic sense.

Our Tech Lead will need... (REQUIREMENTS)

• Solid experience (5+ years) in backend development with .NET (Framework/Core).
• Experience leading teams or being a technical point of reference.
• Strong knowledge of MVC architecture, REST APIs, and Git.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge of SOLID, TDD, design patterns, and Clean Architecture.
• Ability to structure scalable projects and architectures.
• Good communication skills and results-oriented mindset.
• We value it positively if you also have:
• Experience with ETL or automation tools (n8n, Python scripts).
• Basic knowledge of PHP / Symfony (although we already have internal expertise).
• Familiarity with DevOps environments and CI/CD deployments.
• Experience with distributed systems or on-premise deployments.
• Knowledge of BI tools.
• Understanding of SLAs.
• Linux server administration (Terraform).
• Experience with Redis, message queues (SQS, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Sentry.
• Experience or curiosity in AI, agents, or DWH projects.
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector or vertical pharmaceutical software.
